Red Oak Roofing was recommended by my insurance agent. Response time was fantastic. Crew showed up on time & started immediately. I was told they would have it completed that day. After the old was stripped off, it was determined my decking needed to be replaced. Being 62 years old, I opted to have the entire deck replaced. Even with the curve ball of having to replace 3,000sf, they completed the job that day! They did a fabulous job & I couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks to Cleveland, AL's ROR! I had a great experience with Red Oak Roofing from start to finish. I manage an apartment community here in the Birmingham area. Chas, Peyton and Sid were professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job on the roofs. We had a total of eight roofs replaced with no issues at all and the safety measures they took for our residents was amazing. They also cleaned up thoroughly when the work was finished. We had some roof damage from a recent storm, and we were dreading calling a roofer. Sometimes it’s so hard to find a good contractor. However, I’m so glad I found them. I will recommend them to anyone!

Red Oak was great to work with. When we got storm damage, they came out to tarp my roof that evening while it was still storming. They did great work with the repairs/replacement and they go the extra mile for their customers. I would definitely use them again.
