This review is long overdue, but it’s never too late to share a great experience. ;-) Earlier last year, I had an issue at my rental home and was concerned there might be something seriously wrong with the roof. I reached out to Peyton Hicks with Red Oak Roofing, and I am so glad I did. Peyton was absolutely amazing — quick, attentive, and very professional from start to finish. After inspecting the roof, he let me know there was nothing major wrong. It was simply a shingle out of place. I truly appreciated his honesty and integrity. He did not try to sell me services I didn’t need, which speaks volumes about his character and the way he runs his business. He took care of everything promptly while I was at the property handling other matters, and he made it a priority knowing I was on a tight timeframe before getting back on a plane. They didn’t try to oversell us, just fixed what we needed on the spot and made recommendations for upcoming maintenance. Great service, great price, great to work with!

working w/ Red Oak was a solid and seamless experience. Preston and Sid were atop the communication, follow-up and timeline was as promised. The work was done quickly (one day) w/ a large team and clean-up finished the next morning. Couldn't tell they were there... except that I have a new roof and a sign in my front yard sharing w/ my neighbors who did this quick and outstanding work.
